Return & Exchange Policy:

• 30-day Return Window: You can return items purchased from saureabeauty.com for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending items back.
• Condition of Returns: To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging included (including gifts).  
• Return Shipping Cost: Please note that while we are happy to refund or exchange for store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.
• Refunds: Upon a successful return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order. Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account. 
• Exchanges: We offer store credit for exchanges. After a successful return, you’ll receive a personalized store credit code. All exchanges are final sale, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
• Gift Exchanges: Gifted items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
